Rehabilitation, Therapy and Massage
Our goal in Rehabilitation is to teach the patient exercises that re-educate the muscles and restore the proprioceptive system. We specialize in both spinal and extremity rehabilitation of sports injuries and overuse syndromes such as Carpal Tunnel and Lateral Epicondilitis.
Both the doctor and staff have extensive experience in McKensie protocol, physioball, theraband, Christenson and Leibenson techniques. Dr. Moore is a diplomate in exercise rehabilitation which required over 300 hours of postgraduate education and multiple exams.
We offer half hour and hour Massages to decrease muscle spasm and swelling, as well as help with stimulation of the nerve impulses and relaxation. Our massage staff are licensed by the state board, have many years experience and have multiple specialties such as deep tissue and tuina.
Our Physical Therapy department helps you get well. Chiropractors have been doing physical therapy for over 100 years. Physical therapy modalities are used to decrease swelling and muscle spasms and increase function and mobility.
Several types of physical therapy equipment are utilized in order to accomplish these goals. Our chiropractic assistant is well trained in each of these modalities and works with the doctor to create the best program possible for your care.
